- In the event a judge designated in this premium is unable to perform his/her duties because of circumstances beyond his/her control, or for other reasons, the Feria del Caballo Show Committee reserves the right to substitute another judge in his/her place.
- Class Calls: Due to the unforeseeable problems with any mechanical device, the PA System and paddock calls must be considered a courtesy. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to be sure that his horse is at the gate at the prescribed time. Every effort will be made to maintain a working PA System to carry class calls, however, no protest will be upheld, nor will any class be changed on the basis of PA malfunction alone.
- Classes will be called with advance notice before each preceding class enters the ring. Participants and horses must report to the gate within three minutes of the gate being opened. For a tack change, seven minutes will be allowed from the time the preceding class has left the ring. Please advise the Paddock Master in advance of the preceding class if a tack change is required.
- Absolutely no needles, syringes, or other medical waste may be disposed of in the manure disposal area.
